FAQ’s

All customers must be over the age of 18 years old* and will need to show a valid form of ID upon entrance. The Rainbow Venues operates a Challenge 25 policy and refusal system. You may be asked for ID at bars.

*Some of our venues are family-friendly until 9pm, including: Spotlight, Mama Roux’s & Digbeth Dining Club. Live music events vary in age restrictions. .Please see particular event for more details.

We only accept driving/provision license, passports and citizenship cards. All forms of ID must be in-date.

We operate a casual dress code but do not allow tracksuits or man bags.

All tickets are available on our website here.

Please refer to the time on your ticket for final entry times as it will vary with each event held.

We sell bottles of water and tap water is available across The Rainbow Venues.

Email lostproperty@therainbowvenues.co.uk with information stating what you lost, when and where (if you remember).

All enquiries are only dealt with on Monday and Tuesday during 10am – 6pm. Please be patient in receiving a reply.

We only hold on to items for 4 weeks. If items are not claimed they will be disposed of.

We do not allow any unauthorised filming or photography during club nights. Anyone found doing this without prior consent from The Rainbow Venues is at risk of having his/hers property confiscated.

Buying tickets off someone (unless they are official promoters) and not an official website of ours classifies as touting, even if you know the person you are buying the ticket off. 

Barcodes automatically deactivate once an email or ticket is forwarded to someone else, making the ticket invalid and likely that you won’t get into the venue. 

Please stick to reputable sellers and official websites. 

Our venues are accessible to wheelchairs. For information on disabled access and PA tickets, please contact callum@therainbowvenues.co.uk

Let a member of staff know immediately. Our staff are trained to advise and will be able to contact the medic team if necessary. 

You can also go straight to the medical team, who are based at the entrance of The Rainbow Venues. 

You will not face a ban if you report to staff that you are feeling unwell. The welfare of our customers is our priority.

There is not a cash point on site. 

The box office only accepts cash  (if there are tickets available on the door). The bars accept card and Apple Pay.
